A nice toner that doesn't feel like it evaporated quickly. There is a difference when you use it versus when you don't when you apply moisturizer afterwards so it does seem to help

Sadly I buy it with fragrance and my skin was irritated bcz I have sensitive skin. But my sister she felt different it make her skin super soft and smooth
