Love the hydration! It’s has Black Rice Extract which improves skin elasticity by nourishing skin and Hyaluronic Acid for moisturizing and hydrating the skin. The Black Rice Hyaluronic toner has an essence-like texture and makes my skin feel plum and hydrated.
