This toner is so beautiful with the pieces of flowers floating around. I love the aesthetic of it. It definitely has some moisturizing ability to it so it is not a stripping toner and I wouldn’t recommend it for people with acne. As far as the calming affect I haven’t seen much of it but then again I haven’t used it for very long either so I guess I will just have to wait and see.
