I use this mist as a toner or after a serum, it depends on my skin. The mist itself is very fine which I like. It contains ceramides and panthenol which are great for the skin barrier and are ingredients I always look for in any type of product. The only thing that could put you off is the bergamot oil but personally it doesn't bother me. I haven't seen any long term benefit for now but I'll keep using it.
