I typically use oil cleansers, this is one of the first ones I tried and I like how it effectively takes off makeup and it also does not leave a film on my skin. It’s a great first cleanse

Heimish claims this product has a three step texture. The first step being a balm, the second step being an oil and the third step being a milk. The product definitely becomes more liquid-like when water is added. Very lightweight, silky sorbet-like feel that easily melts away makeup or any dirt and oils.
Spreads well when massaged and has an earthy, herbal scent with a light citrus which I can never get enough off. Smell so good!
Offers soothing and healing effects like receiving a massage using natural aroma oil.
For the eyes, it did not burn or sting even when the balm was massaged close to the lash line. Waterproof mascara can take some time to be removed.
Rinsing was super easy. Emulsifies and wash off clean without making skin dry and there is no residual oily film.
When rinsed off, my skin feels soft, smooth and comfortable, as if the product hasn't touched or damaged my skin barrier, no tightness of the skin either.

All Clean Balm has texture of a balm but finish of oil cleanser. It comes with a spoon it the top box and which very helpful to scoop out hard balm. I really liked that is has separate storage for the spoon in this container. Packaging is really great overall.
This balm can smoothly clean thick makeup without drying the face. After cleaning it with water, it gives a finish like oil cleanser. It doesn’t irritate or dehydrate your skin and so can be really good for dry skin. For oily skin, double cleansing may be required for removing oil residue left after using this balm. It doesnt leave any makeup residue and face is completely cleaned.
It is so easy to work with this balm. It looks thick when scooped out but easily melts on skin when rubbed in circular motion and end result is also amazing. A very small amount is enough for one use.
I am looking forward to continue using it to see if I get breakout from this product. If not this would be best clean balm cleanser out there.
