	It is an OK toner for me
pin...@	I've been using this every night as the first step of my routine after cleansing my skin. It didn't cause any irritation, but I feel like it is more on the hydrating side as it didn't really brighten my skin.

nak...@	Liked this toner. Almost done with the bottle. Moisturized my face quite well and helped a bit with my skin tone. May buy again to use with the serum to see how well the vitamin c works
