I've been using this every night as the first step of my routine after cleansing my skin. It didn't cause any irritation, but I feel like it is more on the hydrating side as it didn't really brighten my skin.

Liked this toner. Almost done with the bottle. Moisturized my face quite well and helped a bit with my skin tone. May buy again to use with the serum to see how well the vitamin c works
