One of the best mascara out there. I used to love Heroine and Etude lash perm mascara because of their water proof and smudge proof effects. This one from rom&nd is the same but with a nicer brush. The brush is just the right size to get through all your lashes. Its nit as thin as the innisfree skinny mascara and not as big as etude lash perm. Its right in between. Just perfect!
