This is effective and I
Love the tools it comes with to use however I think if you have a professional blackhead extractor it would be better to use that instead, but if you don’t have one it is a great option that it comes with. I do find it to be a little tricky but it is definitely effective once you get the hang of it. I do have trouble breathing through the tissue but I just breathe through my mouth and try to remember it’s there
