I really like putting this in my water and drinking it once a day, I feel like it's helped a lot with my skin. The only reason I took away a star is that without adding lemon or honey, it does taste like medicine.

I stopped counting how many times i repurchased this cuz i did so many times, it is like a necessity now. the taste is good, my mom has been taking it for months now and i notice her skin more hydrated and slightly plumper thus it seems to be working.
