To be honest, I'm not sure which collagen to use. There are numerous collagen products available on the market. The only reason I chose this product was due of the berry flavor. I am not disappointed at all. The berry smells delicious and tastes even better. And I'm madly in love with this product. However, I did not take it before bedtime because it is a little too sweet for me for bedtime.
