Smells rancid no help from customer service |

This was part of my second and most recent order from this site. When I opened the container it had a strange smell and when I applied it I immediately had to remove it because the smell was so bad like rancid oil. I’ve ordered this from another site and it did not smell like this so it’s obviously bad. I contacted customer service via message and was told since its not expired and they cannot smell it there is nothing they will do. So beware and do not order this product from here,

Horrible product! First...doesn't remove makeup from the first try, then leaves an oily/greasy feeling and on top of all..stings the eyes.
I love cleaning balms but this one was such a big disappointment

This surprised the heck out of me! I noticed that this left my face feeling tight after I used this! So not what I expected from a “soothing” cleansing balm!
