I used to use a different cleansing balm and wanted to try this brand after seeing many good reviews. I found that the MAC waterproof mascara didn't come off with the other cleansing balm. I stopped wearing it. I tried again with this balm and was delighted to see that if I rubbed carefully over my eyelashes, that all traces of the mascara were removed. I am now able to use that mascara again, confident it will be removed properly with this balm.

I have used and tried many cleansing balms but this one makes it to my top 3 list. The formula and texture is lovely and it emulsifies easily with water. I definitely recommend.
