	decently hydrating toner
osc...@	this toner is good! it's not the best but it certainly is good. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and it works great for layering toners, I always layer about 3-5 toners and this is always number 2 or 3 depending on how many toners I am using that day/night. It works great after a really watery toner, and before a thicker/milky toner for my preference.
