This heair treatment saves a TON of time. You wash it off literally right after massaging it in your hair and the difference is huge. I still shampoo and condition my hair, as usual, and use this treatment afterwards. My hair is very thick and frizzy. Most products do nothing for my hair and some even make it worse. But everything I've tried from Mise en Scene has worked wonders. I guess this is now my go-to brand
