It has a cooling effect but no whitecast, stickiness, eye irritation, peeling effect, and it is very moisturizing in the skin. Absolutely love this sunscreen, it is everything I want in sunscreen. It protects my skin against UV rays while not being oily on my skin. It wears well through the day and doesn't leave any weird smell or texture on my skin if I wear it for a long time. It is the perfect face sunscreen, personally, I like a more heavy-duty one for the rest of my body so I would keep this strictly for my face.
