Love that you only need 8 seconds to keep this in your hair, but I keep it on longer while I soap my body. It really softens my hair and it feels a bit healthier, especially when used with the 3 Salon Hair CMC shampoo. It warms up in my hand as a prepare to spread it on my hair. I use it mostly on the ends and not so much near the scalp. Pretty good results. Recommend getting it on sale for the value.
