I have a lot of trouble with frizz, and I've used a lot of products - like hair oils or miscenscence. I use a lot of deep conditioners and that helps a lot, but this seems to help for days when haven't deep conditioned. Recommend over misc for sure, but it's also a decent amount more expensive.
