The supplement helps maintain weight after dieting. Very simple to take, only 1 tablet twice a day. There's other brands that require you to take two or three tablets twice a day which feels like a lot. Usually I'd fall into binge eating after a diet ends, and have to go through the pain again of having to loose the weight again. Taking these gave me some self control, so that I don't fall back into old habits
