I do a physical exfoliation 1x a week in combo with chemical exfoliation. This is great because the sugar melts and I don’t have to worry about an environmental impact with some scrubs that have plastic beads. It also melts away quickly since it is sugar and I don’t have to worry about it clogging my drains.
