I’ve been using this product right before I eat my lunch. The flavor has a flowery perfume taste but it lingers for a short amount of time. It is easy to swallow with a drink. Work has been a stress for me and I believe it might have helped with the ant-stress part? As for the diet, I do strenuous workouts but lately I have been seeing results. My body looks more toned than before.
