Took it twice a day, doesn't work with the pill alone. You need to eat healthily and exercise for you to lose weight. The pill is a good size for easy swallowing and it does taste good.

It is convenient to use. Just after taking it my appetite has gone and I was happy. Unfortunately, in the long run I felt starved in the middle of the night.

I didn't take it daily, just on the days when I felt fatigue. For the fatigue part, I don't think it helped that much. Will try to see how I feel regarding the fatigue issue, after taking them daily.
