For my thick hair, I tend to use more product that the average. I also perfer some foam on my hair when in use, which this requires to use a lot. It does okay on soothing my scalp but doesn't do enough for me.

After trying this out, until there was no more product left, I will NOT repurchase. I live in a very hot and dry state. In the summer months, I normally don't get too oily on my scalp, but with this shampoo I did. The very next day, my hair looked like it wasn't washed and my scalp started to breakout. No thank you!

I love masil shampoos. This particular one leaves my hair feel lean, yet not stripped off all the oils. It also gives a bit of volume too, even though, it doesn't state it would. Has very faint smell of apple but I cant feel it after washing my hair.

after awhile seems to lose its clarifying effect. hair seemed weighed down like too much product even though it was rinsed well.
