This is a watery ampoule that drips down my skin. It has a light yellow amber color with no fragrance. It absorbs quickly into the skin, leaving behind a nicely moisturized skin that isn't sticky or oily.
I like that it moisturizes my skin & works great with layering while still feeling lightweight. I also like that a few drops is all you need for your face, it's so liquidy that a little goes a long way.
I'm not entirely sure if it's this ampoule or the soothing cream that caused my breakouts to get worse, but once I stopped using both products, my acne started to heal right away. It's kind of sad cause I've been looking forward to using this ampoule for a long time & I've always had great experience with Centella Asiatica products. However, I am leaning more towards the soothing cream to cause my breakouts since this ampoule is purely Centella Asiatica, & since I've always had good experience with this ingredient, I'm assuming it might be another ingredient from the soothing cream.
