Moisturizing and Gentle, Good Base |

The consistency is less like oil and more like water which is what I prefer. I applied this before my usual cream moisturizer. It serves as a good base before putting your makeup on. I like the syringe dropper which makes it easy to apply. There is no scent. I noticed that my eye bags have improved slightly after massaging this for a few days. My face stays moisturized during my entire shift at work.
