Even though the ampoule is great for soothing and cooling, the soothing cream is much more equipped to do the job with added ingredients like Propanediol and ceramides. Sure they complement each other and I love both, the soothing cream is just that much better in this aspect. I was also quite taken by the texture; I was expecting a cream but it’s more on the gel cream side which is super fun to use but also has more soothing and cooling qualities than a simple cream.

This is a very good cream, and I’ve enjoyed using it. I was surprised about the texture and color since most ceramide creams I’ve used have been more like a thick white cream, while this one is golden brown in color with a lightweight gel-like texture. I like using this as my AM moisturizer, because it absorbs quickly and spreads easily without any stickiness. It works well with my other products without causing any pilling. I like how soothing and refreshing it feels - there is a slight cooling sensation after applying. It is a nice moisturizer for those who suffer from redness or if you’ve used actives that cause irritated skin as it definitely calms, soothes and protects the skin barrier. My skin appears healthier- smooth and soft with a nice glow. I think this cream is good for all skin types, but if you have dry skin, you might want to use a heavier moisturizer at night, as this is more of a lightweight product.
