According to the instructions you have to have a strict exercise regime, so perhaps that is why it wasn't successful for me.

Within a month of taking these, I started to lose a few pounds. It’s now a few months later, I went from 141 pounds to 129 pounds. The only other change I made was cutting out most sugary foods, and less fast food. I have had no negative side effects at all. I do sweat a little more and I’m not that hungry most days. My portion control has improved with taking these supplements.

I have started taking these capsules and hope for a great result. I read many reviews and information and it seems like this is a great choice. I believe in the Korean beauty and drug administration - they are very highly rated, so I am willing to try products from Korean. I noticed that I sweat more that usual and was told that I look like I lost some weight. Now, I don't usually eat much but also I don't workout. I'm sure that those who are working out would see faster results. But if you eat without restraints and don't workout, I don't think you'll see changes. For my lifestyle this is a good product.
