i bought this product during a bogo sale to sate my curiosity about the product. i've let my friend try out a few pads while at work, and she likes it as both a toner pad and as a cooling sheet. the pads are extremely soft and thin and has plenty of serum. my sister, who's extremely picky about skincare products, also finds it to be fine.
