I started taking it a few days ago, I always mix it with juice because even though it's a product that comes with a flavor I prefer it that way because I believe it disguises the flavor of the collagen it has.

Tastes great and easy to consume by itself or with water. I don't see or feel any difference yet. Been only testing it for 1 week. I do have high hopes that it will improve my skin and brightens it.
