You have to be consistent by taking it each day. And drink lots of water and wear sunscreen even if indoors (if you don't need to turn on the lights and it;s still bright enough from the sun, wear sunscreen at home too!). But other people have commented on my skin looking brighter so it makes a small difference (don't expect skin clinic results)
