sal...@	Yummy and travel friendly. Does an okay job as a meal replacement, feel like I would actually be full drinking 1.5 pouches, but overall a decent shake to have on hand. the packaging is cute as well and sturdy enough that i've used it as a water bottle when i left my reusable one at home.
