Fair. I just like it. Is actually has a cool feeling/sensation on the skin and not harsh at all - compared to other menthol effect toners that contain a lot of alcohol. My skin is happy and fresh.
I will only complaint about general TOCOBO's product size, wishing they came in bigger packages/sizes. I'd like them to have more higher content options.
