This reminds me more of like a micelar toner, not the thick toners used for the '7 skin method'. On weekend mornings I only wash my face with warm water and then use this toner before applying my daytime skincare. It works well removing dirt and preping my skin for skincare.

I didn't have high hopes for this product. However, this is actually gentle on sensitive skin. If you have sensitive skin, this may be a good option for you. Give it a shot; you won't be disappointed.
