This is a very watery and lightweight toner. If you’re someone who likes to use multiple layers of toner then this is perfect for that. It absorbs quickly and leaves no tackiness behind. It’s hydrating and gentle and I love the bounciness it gives my skin.

This toner exfoliates dead skin cells while leaving skin moisturized. It contains panthenol, allantoin and betaine to soothe irritated skin. my dry skin love the water type texture! no stickyness and my skin absorbs it so easily, definitely removes dead skin cells and is 100 % hydrating.

I've used this toner for a week now and Idk how to feel about. It doesn't hydrate my skin at all and it feels a little sticky when you apply it. I will keep trying it to see if it changes my mind, but if not then I'll just give to my sister.
