I love this toner. Not only does it come in cute packaging, but it also works well. It absorbs into the skin really quickly, and I notice that my face becomes hydrated.

I love how fast and absorbing this toner is! I usually use a cotton pad with toners, but with this i apply it directly to my hands and pat it into my skin. This toner doesn't leave my skin dry or anything a plus in my books.

I'm in love this toner so much!!
Toner feels like water, but turns out perfect absorbs to my skin a.k.a hydrating my skin.
