this vegan-certified toner can help conceal dark spots, brighten complexion, and soothe and moisturise the skin. my skin doesn't feel greasy or sticky after using this toner. this toner is moisturising in addition to being very light and well absorbed. its transparent aspect may make it seem almost watery, but i really love the way it makes my skin look radiant and vibrant. its mild and quite gentle on my skin, which i enjoy!
