it didn’t dry out my already dry skin and it doesn’t leave any oily residue. It has a slight menthol-y scent so I was a little hesitant at first but I don’t mind it anymore.. I didn’t try it on waterproof mascara but if you double cleanse I’m sure it’ll work!
