Gentle vitamin c serum |

Repurchased as I enjoyed my first bottle. Quite gentle and doesn’t irritate. The texture is very light and absorbs quite well. Nice vitamin c to start with.

It stings ㅠㅠ (+ update) |
rbs...@ |
[UPDATE] I've stopped using this vita C serum from Neogen. As much as I love Neogen, my skin didn't feel the same way. I've mentioned every time I apply this, it stings and the burning sensation lasts for more than 10min. I know this should only be the case when introducing a new product to your skin, but it has been over a month already and yet, there's still a reaction and even worse, now my face has red bumps. Neogen is a good brand but unfortunately this particular product is just too strong for my skin. :(
I haven't seen any brightening or lightening effect, all I know is that it stings every time I apply it on my skin in the morning. I do use a hyaluronic toner before applying this and a moisturizer after but it still stings. It stings even more when I apply my sunscreen and that feeling lasts for a good 15-20 min. I'm not sure if this is normal. My skin isn't the sensitive type, this is in fact the first time I've experienced a burning sensation after using a skin care product
