This mask was very hydrating and soothing. The sheet itself is thin which stuck perfectly onto my face. The essence wasn't thick either which I liked because it was easier to absorb into my skin. It smelled like flowers but not too overbearing. There was quite a lot of essence leftover from the sheet mask in the package which I just smothered on top of my skin. This sheet mask didn't do anything crazy noticeable for my skin but it was good for a simple pick me up.
