Many people have been raving about TIRTIR cushion foundation in Japan, and I finally decided to give it a try. I like how this foundation doesn't stain my face mask much. It stains a little bit but very minimum. My skin color is light and not tanned, I normally use Cle de Peau BF20 or O20 but 23N Sand was perfect. 17C and 21N might be too light unless your skin tone is pretty fair.
