it has a watery texture that quickly absorbs into the skin. Perfect for layering! I've tested it up to 10 layers without any issues, not greasy or sticky at all. As for hydration, for me, I need to apply a few layers (if using toner alone), but for deeper hydration, pair it with its serum.

Loves how the toner soothes my skin and leaves my skin feeling fresh and tone. Love how it is not irritating and suits my sensitive skin too. Fragrance free. Suits to use in a hot and humid weather like Malaysia.
