Hello. This is one of my favorite toners. I am already buying it for the second time. The second time I managed to buy it for only one dollar. And I'm very happy about it. Toner perfectly moisturizes the skin of the face and after applying it, I don’t even feel like I need to apply cream. For summertime, this Toner is perfect

First of all the the bottle arrived in an outer plastic seal which is wonderful for shipping purposes. I love overseas so I really appreciate that. No one likes finding leaky bottles in their packages! Secondly, this is a great product for brightening and evening out skin tone. Can't get enough of that licorice root extract!
