this is an intensely concentrated ampoule toner formulated with 60 % Fermented Kombucha + 1% Panthenol that delivers multi-depth hydration. It has a gel water consistency which is thicker than regular toner and thinner than gel that absorbs nicely and quickly without any stickiness. I use my hands to pat it into my skin but you can also soak a cotton pad with toner, and leave it on vour skin for 5 to 10 minutes or apply multiples layers for deeper hydration.

[KAINE] Kombu Balancing Ampoule Toner |

One of the best toners I've tried. I can't say for sure if it has long-term benefits for the skin as I've only been using it for a while, but I love the way it feels on my skin.
It's a bit thicker than a watery toner, but without being sticky. It absorbs immediately and makes the skin incredibly soft!

This smells slightly like kombucha, which is watered black tea. It isn't unpleasant. I only use this as a hydrating toner; it hasn't made a significant difference in my complexion, but it's great to use just after cleansing to prepare the skin for serum application. I do believe that the sheer, watery feel of this would be suitable for anyone with dry or oily skin.
