this has been working PERFECTLY for me. I have a new bottle on the way right now. It grew out my bald spots and thickened my hair up by a lot, I want to say that this shampoo works well but only on CERTAIN HAIRS! I'm very happy with my results. Now I feel more hair volume and my hair looks stronger and healthier.
