While it has a tone-up effect, it also enhances my skin's natural tone. After applying and blending it easily, my skin appears more radiant and has a healthy glow.

there is a tone up effect but it is light and doesn't make it gray. It takes a bit of time to blend it & you have to be patient. The finish is dewy, makes the face fresh.
