I reach for this after my pyungang toner and before my snail mucin, every AM. It is the most hydrating serum, but I’m not 100% sure what the vit C does if anything. I do notice if I don’t use it (I ran out for about 3 weeks) my two light moles are darker than usual. So it might work for that, and since it doesn’t irritate and hydrates, it’s a keeper.
