I was a bit skeptical about this product but bought it at the end because I saw a lot of beauty bloggers rave about this. 

Tried it and no regrets, the product really works amazingly! first apply a good amount on the face to cleanse make up, next give a little lukewarm water and the balm will melt away all the makeup and then rinse. 

I tried to check if there is residue afterwards because it didn't feel like working but when I checked with cleansing milk and the cotton pad didn't get any makeup dirts anymore! Perfect cleanser!

Take a little scoop out of this jar
with the spatula that they give you with this product

massage the balm into the skin
You will see the make up break down on the face

Bal doesnt leave a residue on the skin after washing the face 

Overall a great cleansing balm. Compared to the Banila Co. cleansing balm which is also a very popular one I felt that this one was much more natural and less irritating around the eyes. It was slightly difficult to wash off, but that is expected of a balm. It doesn't leave a sticky or residual feeling which was definitely a plus. Not to mention the packaging was super cute and sleek~ 

It works perfectly fine but i just don't like the smell
