This is a physical exfoliating mask but it also has moisturizing properties as well. Just allow it to sit on the skin then massage the mask on your face. I don't find it too harsh on my skin. No, if it accidentally gets in my hair, I don't find it difficult to get out. Afterwards, when I wash it off, my face feels so smooth and nice.

Very gentle on my acne sensitive skin, and doesn't leave a white cast either. Its very moisturizing and have a slightly dewy finish.
