For me, this toner didn’t do much on my skin. This toner is so watery and I prefer my toner a bit viscous and thicker. IMHO, this toner very suitable for oily skin and for dry skin, this would not be hydrating enough. I can see the soothing effect when I do 3-4 layers of this toner. The good thing about this toner is it comes in a big volume.

Slight acidic toner from 5.5 to 6.0 pH to optimize the oil and moisture balance of the skin
Apple fruit extract gives mild exfoliation and antibacterial effect
The toner goal is to calm down the skin from acne, rash, redness and other troubles. It has a watery consistency, no color and no smell. You can use this toner to wipe your face or make a mask. I usually pour a bit and pat my face and the neck. I didn't get any new pimples while using it. No other effect on my skin so far.
