This toner has 77% Heartleaf Extract with pH 5.5- 6 which helps balance the oil, increasing hydration & provides calming effect on the skin. Watery texture, absorbs quickly & not sticky. I’ve struggled with acne for years now and it’s hard finding products that won’t break me out, but I fell in love with this toner. It has calmed down my skin and reduced my acne. If you’re thinking about buying this don’t think and do it. No regrets!
